Born and raised on Long Island ,New York, where I was introduced to football betting by playing parlay cards or what they called tickets at the age of 13. In 1981, I was off to Las Vegas to enroll at UNLV- not exactly the Ivy league, but a great place to learn about the Sports Handicapping world. During these years I worked for various Sports Services, Sports Bettors and made my own wagers.

After working for a few years on the other side of the counter, I decided that I was finished chasing degenerate gamblers and friends all over town for money. So in 1998 I put all of my energy and time back into sports handicapping and picking winners, my first love. I specialize in the NFL, NCAA football and basketball, with an emphasis on Totals. From August through May of every year, I focus strictly on handicapping ( I don't have a life ) and this, combined with hard work and luck, has allowed me to live a pretty comfortable lifestyle.

In 2006-2007 Charlie Scott Sports was monitored by Sports-watch.com where he finished ranked #2 in the NFL Regular season , ranked # 1 NFL Playoffs and #1 NCAA basketball regular season .

I bet the games when I think that one team has an advantage over another, or that my own line is significantly different from the off-shore line. I do feel that to be a successful Sports Bettor, bettors must have access to reliable books and should increase their wagers when getting a better line.

I believe in betting a certain % of my bankroll on every play. During the season, I will adjust the % played based on line moves and other information.
